XC Summer News

Hello all,

The following dates will serve as our June workout dates until our new coach takes over in July. June 13,14, 20,21, 27,28 7:00AM to 8:30AM. We will meet in front of the gym doors. These workouts will only serve as part of your training. In order to be a champion you will need to run on your own! Within the next week, I will work with the current coach to set up a suggested running schedule. Also, please make sure to get a updated physical to coach Phillips as soon as possible. Feel free to bring a friend to workouts! We need 5 for a girls team!
