Hello Riptide Nation!
Players interested in being apart of our 2018-19  Football team, please find the link below for the  weight lifting/ conditioning schedule from Coach Brunner and the staff.
The program will begin on January 17th !  Program is open to all rising 9th to 12th grade participants.
A few reminders:
1. You must have an updated physical form completed and on file with the athletic department for the 2017-18 school year.
2. Program will begin at 5:00. Participants must not linger, : hang out”  around campus waiting for it to begin. You need to arrive for the workouts at 4:45. If you do stay on campus, you must report to after school academy, tutoring and or with CCSMS  supervision.
